Last Friday, August 20th, 2021, The Lean Hydrogen Company (or as you all know us, Lean Hydrogen), celebrated its first anniversary. Yes, it was exactly one year ago that we signed the incorporation of Lean Hydrogen as a commercial company before a notary.
Since then, we have been continuously working on various green hydrogen projects. In the few months of activity we had in 2020, we helped a large company prepare the TMB tender for the 60 hydrogen buses, but no, we were not working with Iberdrola. We started 2021 by launching a new website design and logo. What do you think of the new logo? Pretty cool, right? And the website?
During these months, we have continued our good streak, and our revenue volume has already reached six figures. Yes, six figures in less than a year. We are very proud of this milestone. This year, we have been deeply involved in the design of hydrogen plants, specifically three 100 MW hydrogen production plants across Spain. Additionally, our consulting division has continued to work with clients seeking advice on how to approach their business strategy within the renewable hydrogen sector.
We have also received several offers to buy the company, which we see as a great indicator of the company’s good performance. For now, we remain independent, but it feels good to be recognized so much.
Finally, in this first year, we have expanded our staff by 50%. We are very happy to be generating jobs in these challenging times; our office is starting to feel small.
All this may seem like an easy path, but we have a long and extensive background. The team that makes up Lean Hydrogen has many years of experience, and those who have been in this field for a long time know that it has never been as popular as it is now. We have gone through very tough years, and now it is time to reap what we have sown year after year.
