The idea of setting up the company was born in 2020 when its four founders, with extensive professional experience in hydrogen, detected the market need for a company specialized in hydrogen technologies and an agile work methodology.
Lean Hydrogen focuses on offering quality work based on a deep knowledge of technology and the experience of its human team.

CEO
Industrial Engineer specialized in Energy.
More than 7 years working in the design, manufacture and operation of PEM Electrolysers and Hydrogen Service Stations in companies such as Abengoa.
Master degree in Industrial Maintenance from UHU and Expert in Project Management from UCLA.
In addition, Eugenio has a great knowledge in the design of Pressure Equipment and CFD Simulations, some of his equipment is currently operating in various places in Europe.
As secretary of the Andalusian Hydrogen Association and member of the COIIAOC Energy Commission, our CEO has collaborated in the preparation of the Renewable Hydrogen Roadmap of Spain and teaching new professionals in the green hydrogen sector.
Project Management
Industrial Engineer from the University of Seville specialized in Electricity, EMBA from the EOI and Project Management program (PMP) from UCLA.
She has worked for more than 10 years in the design, manufacture, Commissioning and operation of PEM Electrolyzers and Fuel Cells.
Her experience includes projects based on small to large-scale hydrogen solutions for industrial, mobility and stationary applications.
She has led multidisciplinary teams, leading projects focused on the use of hydrogen technologies, both national and international.
In addition, she has deep knowledge in the photovoltaic sector, thanks to her experience in the design and development of large-scale photovoltaic plant projects (~ 250MW).
Engineering
Industrial Engineer in Electronics and Master degree in Industrial Maintenance from the University of Huelva.
Expert in instrumentation, control and automation in hydrogen projects.
With more than 8 years of experience he has worked in the INTA (Huelva) where he developed works with Hydrogen Fuel Cells and Reformers at laboratory scale, as well as at Abengoa where he carried out the engineering and programming for the Electrolyzers EL140 (150 kWe) and EL420 (450 kWe).
He has participated in the Design, Construction and Commissioning of the first demonstration Hydrogen Service Station with PEM technology built in Spain and located in the Torrecuellar industrial area in Seville.
Additionally, in his professional career he has led multidisciplinary teams in the Commissioning phase for different hydrogen projects.
Engineering
Industrial Engineer specialized in Electricity; he holds a Master degree in Electric Power systems.
In Final Degree Project, he obtained the first prize for the best final degree project awarded by the COIIAOc, based on energy storage.
On the other hand, his experience comes from the work carried out in companies such as Abengoa Hidrógeno.
During the last 5 years he has developed PEM electrolysis projects, both for the European and American markets, during that time he has specialized in Industrial Safety and in the CE marking for electrolyzers.
Among his skills is the Explosive Atmospheres Classification under ATEX regulations, HazOp and SIL studies, in addition to all the development of electrical engineering typical of electrolyzers.
